The deer season ends at the end of January/first of February. We then must wait the 60-day drying period to score the deer, which puts us into April. We hold scoring events starting in March and running through the summer. Once all scorers submit their sheets (often 700–800), each must be re-verified by the secretary. After that, certificates and trophies are produced. The banquet is typically held after the first of the year following all processing.

Score sheets are typically processed after the November 1st cut-off date. The first notification you’ll receive is your banquet invitation, which arrives in early January.
